Sunshine Energy Sdn Bhd (Co. Reg. No. 199601033099 (405451-A)) (“Sunshine Energy”) is a Malaysia incorporated company on 10 October 1996. We are currently based in Penang, Malaysia under the holding company Suiwah Corporation Berhad.

Sunshine Energy was granted the Public Distribution License (License number LA 2/1/1/317(D)) by the Energy Commission to distribute and supply electricity to Sunshine Bertam Shopping Mall and its tenants at Lot 12767 & 20016, Mukim 6, Daerah Utara, 13200 Pulau Pinang.

In addition this distribution facility, Sunshine Energy will also extend its services to Sunshine Central; an upcoming mix development project located in Farlim, Pulau Pinang. Sunshine Central is a mix development project comprised of a 9 level commercial mall (Sunshine Mall), a 18 level business suite (Sunshine Tower), a 18 level hotel (Harris Sunshine Penang manage by Ascott International Management (M) Sdn Bhd) and a 30 level serviced residences block (Sunshine Residence)
